Liquidation shopping moves fast and works a little differently from traditional retail. These are the questions we hear most often.
Liquidation merchandise can include overstock, shelf pulls, seasonal items, box-damage items, or customer returns that major retailers are clearing out. We buy in bulk and price items for value.
In-store liquidation purchases are generally final sale. Online Mystery Boxes are sold AS-IS and are final for buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction with the surprise contents, assortment, condition, quantity, or value. Legitimate order problems such as non-delivery, receiving the wrong order, or another fulfillment issue can still be reported to us for review. Yes. We strongly encourage customers to inspect and test applicable items before purchase so you can make an informed decision.
A Mystery Box is a sealed box sold for the fun of surprise and discovery. Box types and contents vary, and the lineup changes frequently.
The lineup changes, but common box types include TikTok Shop, Amazon, GRP, Red Tag, Unclaimed Mail, SHEIN, and more. TikTok is our top seller by far.
We have four bin price points: $10 Deal Crate, $5 Steal Crate, $3 Snags Crate, and $1 Dollar Digs. Each item in a bin is sold at that bin's flat price.
We restock constantly, and inventory changes quickly. Follow our social channels and sign up for Mystery Box alerts to catch new drops.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot hold items over the phone.
In store, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Online payments are completed through our secure Stripe checkout.
We do not offer warranties. Liquidation items are sold as-is, which is one reason prices can be much lower than traditional retail.
Yes. Our Shop Online page shows Mystery Box categories that currently have physical inventory available for shipping. Because each box is a real inventory item, availability can change quickly.
We currently ship online orders only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations are not currently eligible. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.
